HOLISITIC APPROACH TO WOMEN'S HEALTH
PHILOSOPHY & MISSION

Modern women are being pulled in so many directions which can leave us disconnected with our bodies. Many health issues women are experiencing are common but not normal. Unfortunately, the solutions that are often presented to women are focused on simply managing symptoms. Ignoring the root cause can lead to more complicated issues later on. I am committed to working with women at any stage on their journey to reclaim their bodies and restore the vitality they deserve in their lives.

HERBAL MEDICINE

Traditional Chinese Medicine
A pillar of TCM in which thin needles are inserted into the body along energy pathways. By moving stagnant Qi (pronounced ‘chee’) or energy, acupuncture moves your body towards a more harmonious state which in turn supports the body’s ability to heal itself.

Chinese herbal formulations have been used for centuries to treat the root cause of a wide variety of diseases ranging from the common cold to menstrual pain to digestive disorders.

MEDICAL QIGONG
CUPPING
Qigong is an ancient healing practice that involves gentle movements, sounds, meditation, and breathing exercises to promote health and vitality. Medical qigong practitioners identify and properly instruct the correct qigong routine to bring the patient into balance.
A therapy that involves placing glass, silicone or plastic cups along the meridians of the body to create a negative pressure through suction. The purpose is to enhance blood circulation, lymphatic flow, relieve pain, and stimulate energy flow.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
EFT is a somatic processing technique that combines the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and concepts of cognitive behavioral therapy. EFT works like emotional acupressure to quickly and gently release self-defeating emotional patterns from the body.
