Hello!

I completed a four year clinical master’s degree in acupuncture with a Chinese herbal medicine specialization from AOMA Graduation School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX.  I am accredited by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed by the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board.  

After experiencing chronic health issues since early childhood and experiencing a worsening of symptoms in my early 20’s, I began to look outside of the western medicine approach.  For years I held on to the dream of feeling ease within my body and explored endless avenues to achieve this dream.  I found Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at a particular low point on my healing path and immediately became fascinated by the ancient wisdom of this holistic approach to medicine.  I finally felt listened to and began to trust my body’s symptoms as important signals to interpret.  Through my own healing journey, I developed a deep respect for the interconnection of emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
